Cancellations policy
Order Cancellation Window
Orders may be canceled only if the request is received before the order has entered processing or fulfillment. Due to fast order processing, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.
Orders in Processing or Shipped
Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Orders that have shipped are subject to the terms outlined in our Returns Policy.
Custom, Bulk, and Special Orders
Custom orders, bulk orders, and special-request orders may not be canceled once production, preparation, or allocation has begun. These orders are considered final once processing starts.
How to Request a Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted by contacting us directly. Submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee approval. Orders that cannot be canceled due to processing status will be fulfilled as originally placed.
