Refund policy

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Any item that has been opened, used, altered, or shows signs of handling beyond normal inspection is not eligible for return.

Poker Chip Products
Poker chips are shipped in protective shrink wrap. To be eligible for return, all poker chip products must remain in their original, unopened shrink wrap. Items with removed, damaged, or tampered shrink wrap are not eligible for return.

Restocking Fee
All eligible returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Return Authorization Required
Customers must contact us within ten (10) business days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns sent without an approved RA number will not be accepted.

Return Shipment Timeline
Once a Return Authorization number is issued, returned items must be shipped back within fourteen (14) days. Returns shipped outside of this timeframe may be refused.

Return Shipping & Insurance
All return shipping costs, including shipping insurance, are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Condition Upon Receipt & Refunds
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Items that meet the return eligibility requirements will be processed for a refund, minus the 15% restocking fee. Items that do not meet the requirements will be rejected and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
